We want to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you originally received the item.
• To initiate a return, contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please include the reason for the return in your message as well as your preferred email address to receive further instructions and updates.
• We will send return instructions to your email, along with a form to include with your item. Returns must be postmarked within five business days of the RMA issue date.
Please allow 5 business days for processing once we receive the returned item. We are not able to pay for return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if our return policy is not followed, or if the item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all the included accessories, or if the item was unable to be delivered by the shipping service due to no authorised recipient being available at the shipping address. Refunds are issued to the original payment source. Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges.
We warranty and represent that the goods are as described. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
All of our merchandise is in sold with manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. Consumables such as batteries have a limited lifespan and may not function in a like-new manner. Please be aware that some devices require service, contracts or data plans which are not included in the purchase price.

Your order ships within 5 business day after your payment is received and cleared. We provide DISCOUNTS on combined shipping of multiple items. We currently do not allow local pickup.
We ship worldwide!!! Express shipping is available to most countries. Please note that additional customs fees may apply to international packages and are payable by the buyer. Please also note that if you are shipping to an un-confirmed paypal address, signature confirmation is required and will be an additional charge as per the carrier.
